The Highland Stag is a traditional, authentic Scottish restaurant with a Celtic flair located in the heart of Springboro, Ohio .

The restaurant is owned by Ann McKenzie who brought her family recipes from her grandmother's Willowplate Cafe in Gorebridge, Scotland. The restaurant is operated by her daughter, Heather and her boyfriend, Dave. Together, they have brought the friendly feel of a Scottish Pub to the midwest. 

The restaurant offers great food, 20 draft beers, a huge wine and scotch selection, signature drinks and a fun atmosphere. 

Just one visit will embrace you with the stories behind the business and the personal touches within.
